The Microlise SmartPOD application is used by drivers performing collections and deliveries on scheduled journeys.
Please note that the SmartPOD application will only be of any use to you, if you work for / on behalf of a company that uses the Microlise Transport Management Centre (TMC).
If you do not work for a company using Microlise TMC software, you will not be able to logon or access any trip, collection or delivery data.
The Microlise SmartPOD app lets you logon to a journey in order to perform your daily activities.
(Logon is using a unique ID & Password provided by a TMC system administrator).
After logon, a journey manifest is downloaded to your Smartphone enabling you to view the sites to visit on your journey as well as the orders to deliver and / or collect at those sites.

• Record problems during delivery / collection with reason codes
• Weighbridge functionality (optional)
• Proof of Delivery (signature / Image capture)
SmartPOD is currently available for:
Mobile: Android 4.4 (KitKat)* and above
Tablet: Android 4.4 (KitKat)* and above
* It is possible that new functionality may not work on some versions of Android. When this is the case and if aware, Microlise will state this on its release bulletins.
